Mishra reprimanded for bad behaviour

Delhi Daredevils spinner Amit Mishra was reprimanded but escaped a fine for breaching the Airtel CLT20 Code of Behaviour.

The Daredevils lost their first match against Victorian Bushrangers.

Mishra pleaded guilty to breaching Level 1.6 of the CLT20 Code of Behaviour, which relates to "pointing or gesturing towards the pavilion in an aggressive manner by a bowler or other member of the fielding side upon the dismissal of a batsman."

At a hearing held after play at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium last night, Mishra was reprimanded by match referee Roshan Mahanama.
