Q. What would be your expectation from the ICC World T20 Championship this time?
A. We have started off well and so far we have done well. Now we have to win some more matches.
Q. The cricket world was stunned when you defeated the mighty Australia.
A. It was a great pleasure when we won against Australia and that too in our very first match. We did really well.
Q. What do you have to say about Chris Gayle's innings?
A. Well it was a storm. West Indies had no problem on that day. He really destroyed the South African attack.
Q. Why are you not thinking of moving to top of the order?
A. We have decided on the rotation policy. I will definitely go up in the order when my turn would come. Actually, in the T20 cricket, there has to be variety in all the departments.

Q. What are the chances for the West Indies in the remaining matches?
A. We have a good chance. We have the batsmen and bowlers who can take any opponent in the world. But we have to be consistent. Off late, we are facing a major problem - the day bowlers click, our batsmen cannot produce in the same fashion. If we can overcome that we really have a good chance.
Q. Don't you feel tired playing so much cricket all year round?
A. No. Every team is playing almost round the year. After this tournament, the Indian team is coming to West Indies for four one-day matches. After that I will again come back to England to take part in the county cricket.
Q. For which team will you be playing in the county cricket?
A. Durham County Cricket Club.
Q. Why did you not play in the IPL?
A. The Bangalore Royal Challengers contacted me. We had a long chat but somehow it did not click. But they have assured that they will send me a contract for the next season.
