Sachin Tendulkar (16684), Sourav Ganguly (11363), Rahul Dravid (10585), Mohammad Azharuddin (9378) and Yuvraj Singh (7016).

- Yuvraj's feat of taking 215 innings to reach 7000 runs is the fourth fastest by an Indian. Ganguly holds a world record, having taken 174 innings, followed by Tendulkar (189) and Dravid (204).

- Yuvraj is the leading run-getter in the series so far - 166 (ave.83.00), including one hundred and eight sixes.

- Yusuf Pathan has registered his fifth duck in 16 ODI innings - one each against Pakistan, England, West Indies, Sri Lanka and New Zealand.

- For the third time in an Indian innings against West Indies, three ducks have been recorded - the first two instances being at Arnos Vale on April 30, 1997 and Kuala Lumpur on September 20, 2006.

- Dhoni, during the course of his 95 off 130 balls, has completed his 2,000 runs as captain - 2044 runs at an average of 58.40 in 48 innings.

- Denesh Ramdin, for the fourth time in his career, has effected five dismissals in an innings - once each against India, Netherlands, Pakistan and Zimbabwe.

- Ramdin is the first West Indian and the third overall to have effected five dismissals or more in an innings against India. Adam Gilchrist has achieved the feat three times while Brendon McCullum has recorded it twice. Gilchrist is the only wicketkeeper to have effected six dismissals in an innings against India and that too twice.

- Dhoni and Rudra Pratap Singh were associated in a 101-run stand for the ninth wicket - India's highest against West Indies for this wicket-position in ODIs, surpassing the 65 (unbroken) between Sameer Dighe and Debashish Mohanty at Harare on July 7, 2001.

- The aforesaid stand is the highest by any pair against the West Indies for the ninth wicket, eclipsing the 77 by Shane Warne and Michael Bevan for Australia at Port of Spain on April 18, 1999.

- Of the five 100-plus century stands for the ninth wicket, three have been recorded by India.

- Runako Morton (85 not out off 102 balls) has posted his tenth fifty in ODIs - his highest against India, surpassing the 84 at Colombo, RPS on August 7, 2005.

- Chris Gayle's fifth fifty against India is his 39th in ODIs.

- Gayle is averaging over 50 as captain - 1483 (ave.51.13) in 36 ODIs, including four centuries and nine fifties.
