Event technical committee of the ICC World T20 has approved names of Tim Gruijters and Danielle Hazell as replacements.

Tim Gruijters and Danielle Hazell as replacement will be the replacements of Ruud Nijman in Netherlands men's squad and Anya Shrubsole in England women's squad respectively.

"The 17-year-old Gruijters takes over from Nijman who suffered back and leg injuries during a warm-up match

against Bangladesh. Having reviewed the medical reports and assessed Nijman's case, the technical committee agreed to his replacement in the squad," an ICC press release said.

"The confirmation of Shrubsole's replacement was also conveyed to the England and Wales Cricket Board(ECB)." Shrubsole was ruled out due to a a back injury.

The Netherlands will play their first game on Friday against host England at Lord's while England's women's team are scheduled to open their campaign on June 11 against India at Taunton.
