Pragyan Ojha, who made his Twenty20 International debut against Bangladesh at Trent Bridge, in India's inaugural game, has become the first Indian and the fifth overall to claim four wickets in an innings on debut in the ICC World Twenty20 Championship.

Ojha has dominated the proceedings from the very first ball he bowled to Shakib Al Hasan, claiming two wickets in his very first over, putting India in control. His splendid bowling earned him a well-deserved Man of the Match award.

Apart from Ojha, the only other Indian bowler to claim four wickets in a Twenty20 International is Rudra Pratap Singh, capturing four for 13 against South Africa at Durban on September 20, 2007.
