But, after the demise of the ICL, many of those players are back into the international fold and raring to prove their worth again.
Also, their Brendon McCullum is one of the most exciting batters in international cricket and Jesse Ryder is also capable of devastating innings. Vettori will be relied upon to the attack, although Shane Bond and Kyle Mills give excellent options with the ball.
