Two selectors to watch Irani tie

Two members of the BCCI selection committee will be present for the Irani Trophy match between the Rest of India and Delhi.

The two selectors, Venkatpathy Raju from South Zone and Ranjiv Biswal from the Eastern Zone, will reach Vadodara on Monday for the match, which begins from September 24.

Apart from Raju and Biswal, chairman of the national selection committee Dilip Vengsarkar is also expected to reach the city during the match.

Raju and Biswal will be in the city for three days as the new selection committee will be formed in Mumbai on September 27 and 28.

However, it is not known whether both these selectors will manage to retain their place in the new selection committee.

India team coach Garry Kisten will also be in the city during the match.
