In a major blow to Mohali in the third edition of the IPL, Aussie tearaway Brett Lee has been forced to return home.

Lee will need to go through further treatment on his elbow injury to be fit for the ICC World Twenty20 in the West Indies.

The Aussie has not played a single match in the third edition of the IPL and the team has looked weak in the bowling department in both their matches.

However, having included Lee in the preliminary 30 member squad for the ICC World Twenty20, Cricket Australia are clearly in no mood to take a chance over their top speedster.
