India have had a huge haul at the ICC Awards in Dubai with ODI skipper MS Dhoni being awarded the ODI player of the year.

South African pacer Dale Steyn was awarded the Test Player of the Year.

sri Lanka may not have had an outstanding year in terms of winning on the park but were recognised for exemplary behaviour on the field. They lifted the Spirit of Cricket Award.

Australia's Simon Taufel continued his amazing run at the top by winning the Best Umpire Award.
