Sehwag leads Indian charge
Virender Sehwag completed a fine half century to help India take a healthy lead at the end of Day 3 of the second Test.

India have taken a massive lead of 301 runs after the third day's play on Sunday. Sehwag struck a belliegrent fifty and in the company of Gambhir rattled up another century run partnership in the Test. India are now in a position to dictate proceedings in Mohali. The hosts would look to add some quick runs on the fourth day to put the pressure on the Australians.
Australia 268 all out
Young leg spinner Amit Mishra became the fifth Indian bowler to pick up five wickets on debut. His five for 71 meant Australia fell two runs short of the follow-on. However, India have not enforced the follow-on. It's time for Sehwag and Gambhir to blaze again.

Afternoon Session
Australia have just managed to crawl back in the post lunch session but India did pick up Brett Lee, thanks to Harbhajan's guile. The Test is still for India to dominate.
Morning Session
India have bagged three wickets, thanks to Ishant Sharma, Harbhajan Singh and debutant Amit Mishra. Hussey did look solid in the morning but failed to keep Ishant at bay. The hosts are now clearly in the driver's seat, waiting to deliver the killer punch.
Pre-Action
India are in with more than a chance to dictate proceedings in the second Test in Mohali after Mishra pegged in some severe blows to Australia. Another couple of early wickets on Sunday and Australia could well be facing the wall. India's new's ball bowlers have been on fire too.
