
India take 86 run lead
India dominated the third day of the fourth and final Test and had taken a lead of a 86 crucial runs at stumps.

Indian openers Sehwag and Vijay came out to face just one over and went back. India are now 86 runs ahead and have all their 10 wickets in hand. Dhoni surely would want to have crack at the Australians on day four on Sunday and try and win the match.

Australia, 355 all out
Simon Katich (102) and Mike Hussey (90) helped Australia come within 86 runs of the Indian total. Bhajji, Mishra, Ishant and Zaheer stuck to terrific lines and drew rich dividends to help India get a crucial lead of 86 runs in the first innings.

Afternoon SessionIndia were brilliant in the field in the second session, pricing out three crucial Australian wickets in the process. Dhoni completely shifted gears attacking the visitors immediately after lunch and pressed fielders around the bat. The third and final session would be revetting cricket.
Morning Session
India dried up the runs for Australia, giving away just 42 runs in 24 overs. Zaheer Khan picked up the only wicket to fall in the first session, trapping the centurion Katich in front of the stumps with a deadly yorker. The onus is now on the Aussies to take the match forward with India calling the shots.
Pre-ActionJason Krejza destroyed the Indian lower order to ensure India did not reach the 500 run mark. Australia did lose two early wickets but Katich and Hussey brought the visitors back on track with some solid batting. Day three surely has some more magic in store.
