Monde Zondeki is set to return to South Africa's Test team for the first time in more than three years on Wednesday.

The South African selectors will be forced to make at least one change for the game, after off-spinner Paul Harris broke his thumb in the last match in Bloemfontein, and coach Mickey Arthur admitted he would like to bring Zondeki back into the Test fold.

"I'm very keen to see Monde in action," said Arthur. "If we go with an all-pace attack it will give us that opportunity. It's quite necessary that he gets a Test under the belt in case something happens in Australia."

He added: "Monde's been on tour with us for a while, and I would like to see him in action in a game."
