Clark not worried by KP 'bravado'

Australia seamer Stuart Clark has welcomed new England captain Kevin Pietersen's bold approach to next year's Ashes series - but insists his new-found confidence is misguided.

Pietersen declared England would beat Australia next summer if they can replicate the form shown in disposing of South Africa by six wickets in the fourth Test earlier this week.

"Kevin is good at making statements. He truly believes it, good luck to him," said Clark. "If he's thinking about cricket in one year, I would have thought he'd want to worry about what's happening in the next few months. But he's the new captain and full of bravado."
