The Lahore High Court has postponed a hearing into the Pakistan Cricket Board's petition demanding bowler Shoaib Akhtar pay a fine by October 24.

Akhtar's 18-month ban has been temporarily suspended but no decision has yet been made on a 7m rupees (£83,000) charge.

PCB lawyer Tafazzul Rizvi said: "The judge was not available and the new date is set for October 24."
