Ireland bounce back to win

Ireland bounced back from a crushing opening defeat to Zimbabwe to claim an 86-run victory over Kenya in their second Tri-Nation match in Nairobi.

Kevin O'Brien top-scored for Ireland with 83 off 52 balls, a knock that featured five sixes and seven fours, before he was run out.

Opener William Porterfield managed 41 and an unbeaten 36 from Alex Cusack helped them to 285 for six from 47 overs. Cusack then claimed three for 29 with the ball to help skittle out the African side for 199.

Jimmy Kamande led the way for the hosts before he became one of Cusack's victims, edging to wicketkeeper Niall O'Brien for 42.
