South Africa seamer Morne Morkel claimed another two wickets during the afternoon session to keep a more spirited batting display from Bangladesh in check at tea on the opening day of the second Test.

Morkel had snared the wickets of Tamim Iqbal and Tigers captain Mohammad Ashraful in consecutive overs just before lunch and continued his good work into the afternoon by removing Raqibul Hasan and Shakib Al Hasan.

Those strikes left Bangladesh 160 for six at the tea break - although the tourists will view that as some progress after managing scores of just 153 and 159 in the first Test.
