Ranji: Haque to play for Maharashtra

Bangladeshi left arm spinner Enamul Haque (Jr) has been roped into play for Maharashtra in the Ranji Trophy season.

Haque has signed a contract to play for Maharashtra in the forthcoming Ranji Trophy after the BCCI has allowed foreign participation in India's domestic league, 'Prothom Alo' reported today.

The 21-year-old, whose 6 for 45 helped Bangaldesh register their first Test win over Zimbabwe in 2005, was signed by Maharashtra coach Shaun Williams, who has had stints with the Bangladesh senior national and the A teams.
