Bayern Munich vs Freiburg Preview
Freiburg coach Robin Dutt is planning to create a major upset when he takes his side take on Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich.
Freiburg have not won in 11 matches and they face a Bayern side who have not lost since last September and who climbed to the top of the table a fortnight ago.
But Dutt believes there could be no better time for a surprise.
"My task is now to stand up again and start over," he said.
"There is no better opponent than Bayern Munich for that.
"We are crazy enough to believe that we can get something in Munich."
Over 7,000 Freiburg fans share Dutt's belief and they will be following their team to Bavaria tomorrow, but opposition midfielder Thomas Muller has warned them not to expect too much.
"We have a duty now in the Bundesliga," he said after his side knocked Fiorentina out of the Champions League to reach the quarter-finals of that competition.
"It is not hard for us to change gear. We have to recover quickly and then get going again."
Coach Louis van Gaal does not have much choice as far as his team selection is concerned since Mario Gomez became the latest injury absentee in midweek.
Miroslav Klose should take his place in the attack while 17-year-old David Alaba, who made his full debut last Tuesday, should make his first full Bundesliga appearance.
Dutt is unlikely to make any changes in personnel, but Mohamadou Idrissou will probably drop off the lone striker Papiss Demba Cisse in a more defensive formation at the Allianz Arena.
