Dortmund vs Hoffenheim Preview
Hoffenheim coach Holger Stanislawski is determined to earn a victory over defending Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
Stanislawski has seen three of his strikers leave this winter with Vedad Ibisevic the latest to depart when he moved to neighbours Stuttgart earlier this week.
Club owner Dietmar Hopp has expressed his concern about the club's league position and with everything which has been going on behind the scenes, Stanislawski says he is struggling to make people think positively.
"I have the feeling that this club has already gone down," he told reporters at the pre-match press conference.
"The way the atmosphere is here, you would think that we are already relegated and that we are hopeless.
"It is catastrophic, what is happening here. Some people on the outside have lost touch with reality."
And that could be Hoffenheim's best chance at the Westfalenstadion.
"Nobody expects us to get anything," he said.
"But we will give it all we have got and travel to Dortmund with our heads held high. We want to hold our own against opponents who seem to be superior."
Stanislawski is set to make a change to his side's system to compensate for the loss of Ibisevic with Ryan Babel set to lead the attack.
Dortmund are without Germany international Mario Gotze for up to eight weeks, although he missed their 5-1 win over Hamburg last weekend anyway.
Coach Jurgen Klopp will be making one change to his side, though, with regular number one Roman Weidenfeller fit again.
"Roman is back in full training and he will stand between the posts again," said Klopp, whose side can move clear at the top if they can better the results of their rivals Bayern Munich and Schalke.
