Real to take players case to CAS

Real Madrid are looking to CAS in their bid to register Lassana Diarra and Klass-Jan Huntelaar in the Champions League.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport will soon be visited by acting Real Madrid president Vicente Boluda and he wants to fight to the end, as reported by Marca.

"Madrid will go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport with the Lass and Huntelaar case, because I believe in defending the interests of the club until the end," he declared.

Real Madrid have already had an appeal rejected by the appeal board of UEFA, and more recently, by the Control and Discipline Committee of UEFA.

Ramon Calderon might have left but it doesn't look as though Real Madrid will be giving up their battle with UEFA any time soon.
