Mourinho: It is not make or break
Inter boss Jose Mourinho is downplaying his teams encounter with Dynamo Kiev - claiming it is not such a crucial tie.
Mourinho was quick to dismiss suggestions that everything is on the line for Inter in Wednesday's Champions League match-up with the Ukrainian side, as some have suggested.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the game the 'Special One' said "I do not believe the match is crucial and the reason is simple. If any of the four teams in the group were to win, they will still not be assured of qualification from the group.
"Therefore, I don't see this match as a final."
Inter have suffered a spate of injuries of late, with the likes of Wesley Sneijder, Thiago Motta, Mario Balotelli and Sulley Muntari all doubtful for the game.
Asked about his line-up Mourinho replied "I have to see how they are all doing. Training today will be crucial in deciding who I send out and who I do not.
"They will tell me, in the presence of the medical staff, whether they are able to play or not."
One interesting aside will be the presence of Kiev striker Andriy Shevchenko - a man who is in excellent form for his club but who suffered a torrid time at Chelsea under Mourinho.
And Mourinho went on to explain why the striker was a shadow of his usual self during his time at Stamford Bridge.
"He told me the reason for this when we met at the San Siro two weeks ago. He claimed that for the first time in three years, he did not have problems with his shoulder and was able to train with continuity" revealed the Portugese tactician.
