Rafael: My honour to mark Dinho
Manchester United defender Rafael da Silva is relishing the chance to go up against his compatriot Ronaldinho at Old Trafford.
United will take on AC Milan in their UEFA Champions League second leg tie on Wednesday night with the Red Devils holding a 3-2 advantage from the first leg.
Brazilian youngster Rafael has urged his manager Sir Alex Ferguson to give him the chance to go into battle against Ronaldinho who is expected to be Milan's chief playmaker just behind Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
Speaking to Datasport, Rafael said:"For me it is a privilege [to go up against Ronaldinho],
"If the coach gives me this opportunity it means he really believes in my abilities. I feel appreciated and am happy to play in matches like this against Milan."
Over at the Milan camp, Huntelaar who will have to combat the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic is adamant that the Serie A giants are good enough to secure a win at Old Trafford.
He told Sky Sport Italia: I think it's possible to get a 2-0 win away to Manchester.
"We did well in the first half against Manchester United. We must score an early goal and then things could become easier for us."
With a place in the final eight at stake, another night of spectacular football can be expected at the Theatre of Dreams.
