Fulltime: They have done it. Spain have won Euro 2008. They finished without a single defeat in this tournament and extend their unbeaten streak to 22 games. A fitting end to a great tournament?

33rd minute: A great pass by Xavi releases Fernando Torres who shrugs off Phillipp Lahm to dink the ball past Jens Lehmann for Spain's opening goal. A wonderful goal and Spain fully deserve their lead.

Confirmed Line-ups:

Germany (4-3-2-1):

Jens Lehmann 7

Arne Friedrich 6, Cristoph Metzelder 5, Per Mertesaker 6, Phillipp Lahm 5 (46th min: 2 Marcell Jansen 5)

Fernando Torres 8 (78th min: Daniel Guiza)

espnstar.com's Man-of-the-match: Fernando Torres.

The Liverpool striker took his goal with great aplomb. Xavi's vision released Torres who was shadowed by Lahm. The Spaniard did well to take advantage of a momentary lack of focus from the German defender to nip in in-between a diving Lehman and Lahm to score Spain's winning goal. A goal of pure instinct, determination and flair. Pure class.
