It was another wild weekend of football from England as Didier Drogba destroyed Arsenal again while Ryan Giggs recorded a century of goals.

Here's a look at the players who made it into the Team of the Week from the last round of matches!
Pepe Reina - Liverpool
Pepe Reina kept Liverpool in the game against Everton in the 212nd Merseyside derby and protected their lead with a string of magnificent saves. One of Liverpool's problems have been their tendency to concede goals while they are a goal ahead but Reina was at his best against the Toffees. His best moment of the match was a double-stop from Tim Cahill and Marouane Fellaini.
Ashley Cole - Chelsea
Booed by the Arsenal fans throughout the game, Ashley Cole responded in the perfect manner by orchestrating two of Chelsea's goals in their 3-0 demolition of Arsenal. The England left-back tormented Arsenal's full-back Bacary Sagna all match as well.
Carlos Cuellar - Aston Villa
The Spaniard helped create Aston Villa's goal as well as dominant in defence against the free-scoring Tottenham side.
Jack Collison - West Ham
21-year-old Jack Collison was the driving force in midfield in West Ham's 5-3 win over Burnley. A product of the West Ham academy, the midfielder outshone his captain Scott Parker in all departments. Definitely one to watch for the future.
Javier Mascherano - Liverpool
Javier Mascherano is not known for his shooting prowess so it was no surprise that his wayward shot was deflected into goal by an unlucky Joseph Yobo. But you could see how much the goal meant to the Argentine when the ball went into the net. 'Masch' has been one of the few consistent players in the Liverpool team and they will do well to keep hold of him during the Janaury transfer window.
Lee Bowyer - Birmingham City
Lee Bowyer - a goalscorer? The tigerish midfielder is enjoying a new lease of life at Birmingham after he scored his fifth goal of the season against Wolves to give the Blues a vital 1-0 win. Bowyer has been a different man under Alex McLeish and his new-found form in front of goal is proof that even the bad boy can come good. For now ...
Niko Kranjcar - Tottenham
Tottenham fans could be forgiven for seeing double. Niko Kranjcar has made sure Luka Modic will not be missed with another classy display in Tottenham's midfield that mirrors that of his fellow teammate. It's still a mystery how Harry Redknapp forked out only £2.5 million for the Croatia international. But one thing is clear, Kranjcar is turning out to be the bargain signing of the decade.
Chris Eagles - Burnley
The bright spark in an otherwise calamitious display by Burnley. Chris Eagles tried to reclaim some pride for the away side by scoring one goal and creating two others. He could even have scored two if his free-kick had hit the target instead of the post. Perhaps Owen Coyle should consider giving the former Manchester trainee more first-team action.
Ryan Giggs - Manchester United
Manchester United veteran Ryan Giggs scored his 100th Premier League goal with a late free-kick to complete the 4-1 rout of Portsmouth. Not only that he created two other goals. It was the perfect birthday present for the 37-year-old Welshman.
Wayne Rooney - Manchester United
It was a good month for England strikers. Jermaine Defoe hit five goals last week while Wayne Rooney took home the match ball after his hat-trick against Portsmouth on Saturday. Rooney showed his class in the driving rain with a well-taken goal and two coolly-taken penalties. Rooney's goals helped United crusie to an easy win and it meant Sir Alex Ferguson didn't need to do any shouting from the stands.
Didier Drogba - Chelsea
Didier Drogba just enjoys playing against Arsenal. Drogba showed his class as well as his power as Arsenal struggled to contain the Ivory Coast international. Arsene Wenger, the Arsenal manager, must be joking when he said Drogba doesn't do much on the field. The Chelsea striker has now scored ten goals in his last nine appearances in all competitions against the Gunners.
