Sevilla's Escude has nose broken
A broken nose suffered by Sevilla defender Julien Escude on international duty will keep him out for at least two weeks.
The France international was involved in an unlucky clash with his own French teammate during France's controversial World Cup play-off game against Ireland.
According to reports, Escude was operated on but there has been no exact date set for Escude's return.
He will almost certainly miss Sevilla's next two La Liga ixtures against Tenerife and Malaga, as well as the trip to Unirea Urziceni in the UEFA Champions League.
Escude may return on December 6 when the Andalusian side host Valladolid in the league.
