Eto'o determined to break duck
Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o has yet to open his Champions League account but knows his first goal could be crucial.
Eto'o endured a frustrating return to the Camp Nou last night as Inter were comprehensively outplayed in a 2-0 loss to Barcelona - but quickly turned his attention to the final group match against Rubin Kazan.
A win would propell Inter into the knock-out stages and Eto'o wants his first goal to be a decisive one against the Russians.
"We now need to focus on the match against Rubin Kazan," Eto'o told the club's official website, Inter.it.
"We must not think about what happened tonight.
"I want to score against Rubin, because it would a decisive goal.
"The team must only think about playing the Russian side.
"All the strikers like to play in a side that creates many opportunities like Barcelona."
The 28-year-old also commented on the reception he received on his return to the club where he enjoyed so much success.
"I received an incredible welcome," stated Eto'o. "But nobody likes losing.
"Therefore, it has been a negative night. But some of the Barcelona fans and some of my former team-mates made me feel at home.
