Athletico quash Aguero rumours
Enrique Cerezo insists striker Sergio Aguero is not for sale despite rumours that Internazionale are set to pounce.
Reports in Italy claim new Inter coach Jose Mourinho is keen to bring the 20-year-old to the San Siro next season, and his club have launched a bid of 25million euros plus midfielder Dejan Stankovic.
But Cerezo claims to be unconcerned by the speculation, insisting Aguero will not be sold because he does not want to leave Madrid, Cerezo told Spanish newspaper Marca: "El Kun is not for sale. He is a basic part of this Atletico team and will be for the next few seasons."
He added: "I always say a player leaves a team when he wants to, and el Kun does not want to leave nor do we want him to go.
"Aguero wants to play here and we want him to play here. Enough said.
"There has been no offer for the player nor do I believe there will be one."
