Partizan Belgrade defender Ivan Obradovic wants to join Ajax, according to his agent.

The 20-year-old Serbia international has set his heart on a move to the Amsterdam ArenA despite supposed interest from Italy and Spain.

His agent Nikola Damjanac told De Telegraaf: "Ajax have informed us of their interest and we are now waiting for an offer from Amsterdam."

Damjanac has urged the Dutch outfit to act this week, though, if they want Obradovic.

He added: "An Italian club and Spanish clubs have already offered his club Partisan Belgrade a transfer fee.

"But Ivan told the board of his club that he wants to wait for Ajax. He considers Holland a beautiful country to further his career.

"But if Ajax do not do anything this week then he will start thinking about the other offers."
