Lee could head for Saudi Arabia

Borussia Dortmund defender Lee Young-pyo is considering a move to Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal, according to the player's agent.

The South Korea international joined the German side from Tottenham last year and impressed in his first 15 games before being sidelined with a foot injury.

However, Al Hilal have expressed an interest in bringing in the 32-year-old to replace compatriot Seoul Ki-hyeon, who has returned to Fulham following a highly successful loan spell in the Middle East.

"It is true that we received an offer from Al-Hilal, but Lee has not yet decided on the issue. He is still considering it," Lee's agent said in the Korea Times.

"We are also talking with a few European clubs, but Lee will not move to another club in Germany.

"Lee is open to any possibility. He wants a club which will guarantee him playing time."
