Australia international James Troisi has agreed a four-year deal with Turkish side Kayserispor.

The 21-year-old, who spent three years at Newcastle from 2005 but failed to make a first team appearance, spent last season at fellow Turkish Super Lig side Genclerbirlgi and featured in 29 games.

Kayserispor finished seventh last season while Genclerbirligi were 13th.

Troisi has made three appearance for the Socceroos and has an outside chance of making the 2010 World Cup squad.
