Bayern insist Ribery is going nowhere

Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness insists Franck Ribery will not be sold.

Even if the German club receive an offer in excess of 70million euros for the France midfielder.

Real Madrid are keen to make the 26-year-old their fourth galactico signing of the summer following the arrivals of Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

But Hoeness, who had hinted his club would consider selling if they received a "crazy" offer, appears convinced Ribery will still be a the Allianz Arena next season.

Hoeness told the Munich newspaper tz: "He will certainly stay.

"We are not prepared to talk, not even for 70million euros or more."

Ribery has twice pulled out of training in the past week citing a knee injury, but Hoeness claims nothing should be read into that.

He added: "If he is injured he is injured, just like anybody else."

The former Marseille man's contract in Bavaria runs until summer 2011.
