Striker Anduele Pryor is keen to stay on at Vitesse Arnhem even though his first-team opportunities will be limited there.

Vitesse have told the 24-year-old he is free to find another club, but Pryor's future remains uncertain after a recent trial at Bristol City came to nothing.

He made just six appearances for the Arnhem side last season, but that has not put him off trying to compete for a starting place.

Pryor told Omroep Gelderland: "In fact I would like to stay with Vitesse and fight for this club.

"The chances of getting playing time are slim, but it would hurt me badly if I had to say goodbye this way.

"Two years ago I was a regular starter and I feel myself that I can reach that level again."
