Swine flu will not stop match

The Ligue 1 match between Marseille and Paris St Germain will go ahead despite fears two PSG players could have swine flu.

The unnamed pair underwent tests yesterday after developing flu-like symptoms, although the illness has so far not affected any of their team-mates.

The French League (LFP) had considered the possibility of postponing the match, but it was announced today the match will be played at Stade Velodrome tomorrow evening following expert medical advice.

The LFP also confirmed an unnamed Nice player is undergoing tests for swine flu, but their match at home to Lyon tonight will also go ahead as planned.
