Bursaspor missed the chance to move second in the Turkish Super Lig as they squandered a first-half lead to lose 2-1 to Genclerbirligi.

The hosts, who trail leaders Fenerbahce by five points and Galatasaray by two, went ahead through Ivan Ergic's 24th-minute strike.

But Hursut Meric levelled five minutes before the interval and an 80th-minute equaliser from substitute Mustafa Pektemek - introduced just five minutes previously - ensured Genclerbirligi jumped three places to sixth in the table.
