Greek Super League Review
Olympiacos have moved to the top of the Super League with a 2-0 win over previous leaders Panathinaikos.
Kostas Mitroglou scored in the 45th and 54th minutes to lift Olympiacos above their city rivals in the table.
Meanwhile, at the opposite end of the standings, Panthrakikos' long wait for a win continues after they went down 2-0 at home to Levadiakos, who triumphed with goals in either half from Stefano Napoleoni.
The 10 men of Aris Salonika were held to a 1-1 draw by Panionios, who equalised in the last minute of the game.
Salonika shrugged off the 73rd-minute dismissal of Carlos Arona to take the lead eight minutes from time through Darcy Neto.
But Bennard Kumordzi found the net at the death to earn a point for the visitors, who move to sixth.
Atromitos beat Giannina 2-1 with second-half goals from Eduardo Brito and Emanuel Perrone. Patrick Dimbala got a consolation goal for the visitors.
Jorge Kasas came off the bench to score the only goal as Larissa beat Kavala 1-0 and move clear of the foot of the table.
