Marouane Chamakh has confirmed that he is being chased by a host of European clubs, with Sevilla one of the many interested in signing him.

The Moroccan striker insists that he has chosen to "continue at Girondins until the end of the season" because he aims to "do great things this season in the Champions League".

Chamakh was adamant that nothing could entice him from leaving the Ligue 1 outift this season, "including if Arsenal were to make an offer in the January transfer window".

"When the season ends, I will meet with my agent and we will evaluate all of the offers and decide what is the best for me from a footballing point of view," the Bordeaux striker told Le Matin, the premier Moroccan sports daily in Casablanca.

"The economics are not the only important thing for me," added the Moroccan international. "My agent has been contacted by Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Everton, Chelsea and Sunderland in the Premier League along with other clubs like Sevilla, Inter and Juventus."

"However, we do not have a concrete offer on the table at the moment and it is still a bit soon for such things."
