Paris St Germain advanced to the semi-finals of the Coupe de France, but they needed penalties to beat Auxerre.

The game finished 0-0 after extra-time, but the capital club triumphed 6-5 on the spot-kicks.

US Quevilly upset Boulogne 3-1 in Tuesday's other quarter-final. Florian Coquio gave the hosts an early lead after 11 minutes, and Anthony Laup doubled it on the half-hour mark.

Damien Marcq got Boulogne back in it on the stroke of half-time, but Abdel Ouahbi's 67th minute strike sealed the win for Quevilly.
