Singapore Armed Forces opened up a six-point lead at the top of the S-League table with a 2-0 win at Young Lions on Thursday.

Singapore striker Aleksander Duric opened the scoring for the visitors before Ashrin Shariff wrapped up the points at the Jalan Besar Stadium on the stroke of full-time.

SAF now hold a healthy advantage over both Home United and Super Reds, who are level on points in second and third respectively.
