Kaka still wants Chelsea move
Kaka's transfer to Chelsea is still a possibility according to sources close to the AC Milan and Brazil favourite.
Despite reports to the contrary, the Samba star is adamant that a move to the west London side can still become a reality before the transfer window slams shut at the end of August.
Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari, who gave the 26-year-old his international debut for Brazil, has already made a massive $US156million bid for the talented midfielder, and Kaka is now more than happy to talk terms should Milan accept the Blues' offer.
"I spoke with Kaka yesterday," said Diogo Kotscho, the player's personal assistant.
"We know that the clubs are talking about the transfer, although they have not reached a conclusion yet.
"I think an August transfer is still a possibility, though Kaka will only talk about that when they do a deal. He is waiting for a deal and then he will start to negotiate with Chelsea.
"Normally, Milan do not sell their best players. We think they like the proposal, but it is not so easy for them to accept it. For now we must just wait and see."
With Milan playing UEFA Cup football this season, Kaka is also reportedly keen to play once again on the Champions League stage, and the latest development in his transfer saga comes after a series of club statements that have left him bemused and somewhat disillusioned.
Despite being contracted to Milan until 2012, the World Footballer of the Year, is far from unhappy that he was barred from playing for his country at the Beijing Olympics and being questioned as to his decision to have a close-season knee operation.
