Ronaldo: I won't be bullied
Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo has told Chelsea to forgot about kicking him to lumps during their clash on Sunday.
The mercurial dazzler made his long awaited return on the pitch in the Red Devils' goalless Champions League encounter with Villarreal, making his appearance a second-half substitute.
Having nearly made an impactful display by scoring a goal when his header fizzed wide, Ronaldo is in with a shout of starting Sunday's massive "Battle of the Bridge" face off.
The 23-year-old has already grown accustomed to the rough and tumble nature of the extremely physical Premier League in his five years in England.
He has now further heated the explosive cauldron ahead of Sunday's match, by challenging the Blues to employ such roughhouse tactics.
He told The Sun: "I know that the attempts to intimidate me on the pitch will start again immediately - but everyone finds sooner or later that it is difficult to make me lose my rag.
"I'll be booted again but I will not kick out when it happens. I'm tough and, again, it's all just part of the spectacle.
"I'll do my damage as usual by paying them all back with my goals."
Ronaldo also insisted the United are not going through a rough patch, having only registered four points from a possible nine.
He said: "There's no problem at all with our form. Last year we started like this, look how we ended up!"
