Jose Mourinho has ruled Chelsea out of the title race and sees Liverpool and Manchester United as favourites.

The Internazionale boss was at Old Trafford to witness his former side's shocking defeat to United and was quick to put an end to Chelsea's title aspirations.

"I think Liverpool and Man United will fight for the title to the end of the season. Chelsea will find it hard to stay with them." he said.

Mourino went on to deliver the knockout punch to Luis Felipe Scolari when asked about the match itself.

"I didn't see Chelsea at all, I only saw Manchester United." said the charismatic Portoguese.

Chelsea have been victims of late goals in their last three games with Southend, Fulham and United all managing to score against them in the final three minutes of each game.

SunSport also reported that a source close to the dressing room said: "Some of the players are wondering if their fitness levels are at the necessary level. These players never used to concede goals late in games and a lot of that was down to making sure everyone was super-fit."

Next up for Chelsea will be Stoke City at Stamford Bridge.
