Spurs lose ten to Arsenal
Tottenham Hotspur are set to lose tens of thousands of pounds to Arsenal fans after a huge ticketing blunder.
Harry Redknapp's stuttering Spurs take on Arsenal in the hugely anticipated North London derby this coming Sunday and all 3,500 tickets allocated to Gunners fans have been sold out.
The problem though, is that Spurs told Arsenal each ticket cost 37 pounds while the actual price is 47 pounds.
The Daily Mirror reported that both clubs are now attempting to retrieve the balance but chances are slim.
"Arsenal have written to us to ask for another tenner but we've got our tickets and there is nothing they can do," said one Arsenal fan.
"They're politely requesting we send more cash. We are politely declining.
"If they think we are going to hand over a tenner to that lot down the road they have got another think coming." he added.
Redknapp will be hoping this ‘small' blunder will be the only one made by Spurs who look as wombly as jello in recent weeks.
