Arsenal captain has issued a strong statement by claiming that he will leave the club if Arsene Wenger decides to go.

The Spanish midfielder is currently out with a troublesome injury and is due to be back playing next month.

He told Catalunya Radio: "If Wenger leaves, I will think of moving on,

"I'm happy at Arsenal because it's the ideal club."

Fabregas also likened the Gunners style of play to his boyhood club Barcelona.

"If at the present time there's a team in Europe that plays like Barca, it's Arsenal."

When asked about his injury, Fabregas assured fans that he will be back soon.

"I prefer not speaking about my injury," he said, but added,

"I want to be back playing at the start or in mid-April."
