Moyes: You've Cott to be joking
David Moyes is adamant that he will not sell star defender Joleon Lescott, or any of his prized assets for that matter.
Man City boss Mark Hughes has the Everton stopper in his sights with a £12million offer said to be in the works.
The formers Wolves youngster is rumoured to be keen on moving to the Eastlands and would want a sizeable increase in wages next term.
However, Moyes insists he will not part with any of his key personnel.
The Goodison chief said: "There is no way that we are going to be letting any players go. I would like money to spend, but I certainly wouldn't give up any of my players to raise it."
"People are always going to be linked with our players, especially if they see Everton as a club with not that much finance."
"The one thing we have got at Everton is stability. Most players are on long-term contracts."
