Arshavin wants Zenit return
Arsenal playmaker Andrey Arshavin has spoken of his intention to finish his career at former club Zenit St Petersburg.
The Russia international is revered at the Petrovsky Stadium after his nine-year spell with the club, between 2000 and 2009, which coincided with the capture of the Russian Premier League, Russian Cup and UEFA Cup.
Arshavin moved to London in January after impressing at Euro 2008 and has quickly acclimatised to English football.
The playmaker insists he is happy in London but concedes he would one day like to return to Zenit.
"I played for Zenit for a long time and now I want to play abroad and then return to St Petersburg to finish off my career there," he told Radio Zenit.
