Liverpool chasing young Sevilla winger
Liverpool are on the trail of 16-year-old Sevilla winger Luis Alberto.
According to The Sun, the Reds manager Rafael Benitez has sent his scouts to watch the youngster at least seven times.
Alberto has yet to turn professional at Sevilla but he is expected to break into the first team next season.
Sevilla sporting director Ramon Rodriquez Monchi said: "We are prepared to present an interesting proposition to Luis Alberto and to confirm his continuity in our club."
However, sources told The Sun that although the player declared his loyalty to Sevalle, he is interested to know what Liverpool have to offer.
Liverpool scouts were present to see Luis Alberto star in the recent Copa de Rey junior tournament in Malaga, which Sevilla won 3-2 in the final against Atletico Madrid
