Hey transfer lovers! It's your daily dose of utter garbage courtesy of yours truly. In the news today (or rather, what I have made up today) is the central defender that Liverpool will get once Everton have signed their man, Villa have got theirs, United have got theirs and Arsenal have got theirs....

Also in the news, Lescott completes his move, Anderson is frustrated at Manchester United and Sylvain Distin is being urged to stay at Portsmouth. Although I am not sure why you would want to stay there but then again I am biased. Distin is likely to head to Aston Villa.

Just a note on the sixth best central defender* in the Premier League.
Campbell joined League 2 side Notts County (that is the bottom tier of the lot). How amazing.

So, with Lescott gone to Manchester City, we said that it would start a merry-go-round of other transfers. Richard Dunne is being linked with a move to Aston Villa and the chances of that happening are very high.
Everton, meanwhile, are being now linked with Hangeland of Fulham although I think Senderos is a more likely target with Hangeland going to the Gunners. Everton are also being linked with Wes Brown and according to the WIFT (Web Internet Forum Thingies) David Moyes was seen with Brown in a hotel in Manchester. If Brown leaves United then they will in turn sign Ryan Shawcross. I think. Because Liverpool then miss out on the signing of Shawcross, they will then target Chiellini from Juventus. The former Fiorentina man is a close friend of recent Reds signing Aquilani and the move could be one that is made in heaven (or Merseyside).

In the papers today there are more rumours that Arjen Robben will be on his way to Manchester United although the 20m pound fee being mentioned is ridiculous. However, the Michael Carrick rumour is persisting, Sources not very close to the clubs say that Tottenham want him and it is not Modric that is going to OT but Wilson Palacios!
The former Wigan man is certainly one of the top players at WHT at the moment but not sure whether SAF would want him.
