Ade: No Europe, no Fabregas
Emmanuel Adebayor insisted Cesc Fabregas will leave the club if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season.
Adebayor left the London side to join Manchester City in the summer and has been at war with his former club in recent months.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Adebayor said: "I think players like Fabregas will look to leave if they are not in the Champions League, but my focus is all on City now,"
The tough-talking Togo striker went on to rub salt in the wound with another remark seemingly aimed at the Arsenal fans.
He said: "Football is more [than] kicking a ball and tackling. There is a connection between people, players, fans that takes it to the highest level.
"When that is missing, everything falls apart. You need to feel loved and that is what I feel at City."
Adebayor's City side could only muster a 0-0 draw at St Andrew's against Birmingham at the weekend.
