Toure wants Yaya at Man City
Kolo Toure is hoping Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure will soon become a Manchester City player.
City manager Mark Hughes is believed to be eyeing a move for the versatile player and Kolo will do anything to help City get their man.
Kolo had a chance to team up with his brother at Arsenal. Yaya was on the Gunners' books as a trialist but they decided against signing him.
Now, with Mark Hughes interested in his brother, Kolo has opened the doors for a move and told The Manchester Evening News that he’d love for his brother to sign for Manchester City.
“I hope so. He is a good player, and if he could come to our team that would be great.
“He has had a few hard times in Barcelona. He doesn’t play a lot, and he loves football and loves to play.
“If he can come, especially to a club in England, he would be really happy because the Premier League is a fantastic place to play football,” said Kolo.
“Technically he is very good and can hold up the ball, and is a great passer with great vision. He also has a great desire to win.”
