Harry wishes Cudicini well
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has expressed his condolences to goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini who was badly injured in a motorbike crash.
In a statement to the media, Spurs had said Cudicini had fractured his wrists and injured his pelvis in the accident and is set to undergo surgery. Police had earlier said the injures were 'possibly life-changing'.
According to skysports.com, Redknapp was relieved that the injures were not more serious.
"We are all sorry to hear about what happened with Carlo," he stated.
"We are just relieved that the injuries he suffered in the accident were not more serious.
"Everyone at the club sends their best wishes to him and we hope he recovers soon."
There remain concerns over Cudicini's career as reports suggest he may have breached his contract with the club by riding a high-powered motorbike.
